My weight is 68kgs and height is 5'4. I have gained fat on my thighs,hips and face. Because if this unwanted fat my body has become stiff , I have lost stamina, and my face looks very heavy . I have a desk job with frequent travel because of which I am not able to join gym/yoga classes as well. Kindly suggest some tips to loose weight, since it's my engagement next month too.

I m medical student ...can i take supradyne multivitamin ...i m living in medical hostal ..so diet is not up to the mark plus i m vegitarian also...due to hectic schedule i also have no time for sun bath...but content of vit A in supradyne is 10000IU which is upper limit..can i take it ??...i prefer supradynd because it is internatinal brand and contain all essential element and cost effective also...pls suggest ??...i particulary ask for vit A content ...is it safe...because i m not include fruit daily in my diet ...and upto what time i take supradyne ...can i take it for 1-2 year daily...pls suggest ur advise...thank u
