Multivite fm omega
Can i take multivite fm omega diet supplements without consulatation? I don't have any medical conditions. I am healthy but I want to have a balanced diet. Since I am very busy, i can't opt for a balanced diet.. so is it appropriate to take this tablet?

Hii Please don't take any diet supplements Instead of that follow proper  balanced diet Try to follow 5 food groups: 1. Carbohydrates 2. Proteins 3. Vitamins and minerals 4. Fruits and vegetables 5. Fats oils and sugar

No, don't use any type of supplements as nutrients. Take natural food. Consult dietitian which provide u diet chart according ur time. Take list of multipurpose food which is full of all nutrients.

Vitamins and minerals from supplements are not well absorbed by body and hence not of much help.Micronutrients from food are the most helpful.U can take supplements but check your blood levels before taking them. Raw,fresh and seasonal fruits and vegetables can be taken to get all the vitamins n minerals.U don't have to invest much time to have these.

Hello, Instead of taking supplements, eating healthy diet will be a better option. Also if there is no deficiency only then take supplements. If you cannot diet properly, follow few simple tips to stay healthy and fit. -Exercise daily for an hour (Can be at home or simple exercises like running, jogging, brisk walking, on the spot marching, squats, etc) -Include protein in your diet (taking protein rich foods post workout helps in muscle building) -Increase fiber in your diet (Will help you stay full) -Include fruits and vegetables in your diet (2-3 serving) -Take 5-6 meals a day. -Water intake of atleast 3L per day -Add healthy fat like nuts to your diet. -Avoid/Exclude fried, sugary and junk food -Eat a balanced and healthy diet -Do not skip breakfast as 40% of days energy is from breakfast -Add warm milk at night with a pinch of turmeric ad pepper power, it will help with sleep problems NOTE: The above mentioned practices can change according to a specific medical condition

Hi We are never so busy that we cannot take out time for food. Always learn to give priority to your food. Supplement have harmful effects on a body in some or the other way. Omega3 fats are required in micro amounts so you can cover it with the diet only.
