Overweight
My weight was 103 in November 2017. I consulted a dietician and followed diet and my weight reduced to 92 till March 2018 . I continued diet till 11may 2019 but my weight is almost stagnent between 91 to 95 .it keeps on reducing and then increasing . I am taking one tablet daily for high BP. I don't take white sugar at all .
No junk food is in my diet.
I am having no other problem .
My thyroid , cholesterol levels, sugar and all the other tests r normal.

Iam over weight according to my height.i dont eat hygienic food generally i eat home made and when iam out for work i eat salads.i go to gym daily when iam in mumbai.i stay out of mumbai 15 days a month in this 15 days my weight increases again.
