2/3rd female of our country in this age group is facing this issue. You should take sufficient iron rich food like Spinach, green vegetable, banana, dates in sufficient quantity. You didn't mentioned your present weight. If you are of normal BMI, do continue your FA tablet, but avoid calcium tablet intake during Iron rich consumption. Add vitamin B-Complex & Vitamin C for proper absorption of Iron. You can contact me online if it's required, otherwise follow what I said.
