Food intolerance and food allergy
I have recently got to know my total ige level is 1800
And I am allergic to lots of healthy food if not allergy I have food intolerance also with some of the food. Also I have gained weight over the years and it has been so hard to lose it and I feel contantly ill or fatigued,my face swells and so do my eyes if I eat wrong food .i am allergic to milk,rice,pepper,tomato,coconut,peanut,spinach,mango,butter,cheese and sugar and many more it so hard to cut all of them
What should I do? I am exhausted I want to lose weight and feel healthy and feel better but I don't understand what options I have.?

Need to lose weight
I have tried and Lost 17 kgs once and couple of times 12 and 11 kgs bit it all came back and I am 41 now with 178 cms height and 95 kg weight right now and my body has stopped responding to diets programs .. what can I do now as I still wants to lose 15 kgs ?
