What's the right time to have food, before or after food. I searched internet but it's confusing.. i hope doctors can help

See there is no hard and fast rule  to as to what time we should have fruits.  ... It all depends on our satiety and our eating habits ...As a nutritionist we sometimes prescribe before the meal or sometime after the meal it depends both on the client and the need of the nutritionist ...

I generally prefer to take if after food. In mid morning and please no googling stuffs it will make u soo confused

Hello, U should have fruit around 11am or 5 pm. U should not take it immediately before or after any meal.

Hi The fruits time be shouldn't be consumed before meal Or after meal. You should take it as a morning snack or evening snack. Hi, Fruit should always be taken 1.5-2 hours before or after meals as it has 2-3 tsp natural sugar (Fructose). Our food has enough starch (Converted to glucose) for energy, extra sugar will get converted to fat so its better to avoid fruit with meals. However in order to gain weight it can be taken with meal for better digestion of food.

Avoid early morning and at night.. 11-5 is best time and have alon don't eat with meals
