I have lots of confusion in diet. I can't seem to figure out my diet. I lift weights and workout regularly. I think I have moderate lactose intolerance. I want to avoid foods that cause gas and bad breath. I would love some advice.

Hello beta as i can see you stay in Chennai .... How did you come to know that you have mild lactose intolerance ... Do you have gastritis or acidity after thaking milk and milk products .... If so you should avoid.... Do you take fermented ... Products like Idli and Dosa .. In some these also cause gastritis ... For Bad breath I would recommend you to have clove .. and visit a densit once ... Beat send your diet recall of the day as if that what you are consuming in a day so I can help you figure out what is right and what has to be corrected .... Include fruits and green vegetables in your diet ... You should eat egg if you eat .... Sprouts a good source of vitamins and protein as you are on the peek of your development ....
