Weakness and weight gain
I always feel weak and energyless and because of tiredness i need to sleep for half an or one hour ,it happens 2 to 3 times a day.my face is always like tired and lazy.my weight is around 59kg and height 5ft 8inches And bmi is around 20.what checkup or medication should i go for.

For Increasing weight start ur day with exercise and brisk walk morning and evening which increase ur metabolism. Don't skip ur breakfast which increase ur appetite. Take high calorie and rich protein In ur diet. Add plenty of water. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet. Avoid junk and oily food. For weakness take proper diet according to ur requirement.
