I am usually hungry when I get up in the morning at 6:30AM . I usually prefer having some juice before I go to Yoga class at 7AM. But at Yoga class, I usually feel weak and hungry. It is a basic level Yoga class though.
What should I consume just before the Yoga class to feel full and energised?

Hello,
Preworkout nutrition plays a very important role in maintaining good energy levels in the morning.
You can opt for low fat milk, fruits, soaked nuts before the yoga session.
However it is important to understand that workout intensity, spacing between the meals and overall calorie consumption plays a very important role in determining the quantity and type of food consumed.

Hi
If you feeling week after the juice then you can have a fruit or some vegetable like carrot and tomato
Juices are less in fibre and high in calorie also so always fruit is a better option than juices... you can sometime also take oats smoothie or fruit shake.
