Hi! Everyone i had a very bad accident few days ago luckily all my bones are okay but my few scratches and soft tissues have taken heavy damage... Please recomend me a diet which can help me recover fast and I'm already over weight so I'm looking for less food with less oil..

A well balanced diet
I want to reduce 20 kg weight in 2 months. I weigh 96kg and 6ft tall. the diet should not affect my muscle mass. light to medium exercise is ok for me. i don't have any allergy to any food nor do i suffer from any disease as such. Diet preference is veg.

Hi, I am a mother of toddler struggling to manage weight. I have increased cravings for junk food for reasons I do not know! I follow a normal middle class typical south Indian meal and I find my upper body is heavier than lower. Specifically abdomen, hands & breast. How do I reduce this particular region fat? Tried yoga but did not work as I feel very tired after each session which is mainly due to sleeplessness at night. Will crash diets work? What if i bounce back to same weight. How do i plan my meals properly. Sometimes I skip dinner too. Will that help? I am losing my confidence mainly due to my looks which inturn pushes me into mild depression and I end up eating fried chicken, samosa, puffs, vada, cake etc. How do I prepare myself mentally? I want to reduce 10 Kgs. How much time, what diet & which exercises will work? Kindly suggest. I have sweat allergy so gym or walking causes itchiness n hives so pls suggest a accordingly.
