Hello user Healthifyme can not give an accurate calculations as there are many factors which can affect the calculation of calories, protein, carbohydrates, fat of any food, of any recipes, etc... like methods of preparation, ingredients.

Hi I would suggest you not to get in the calorie counting process as calorie counting is really not helpful and as per new research it's always the portion size which matter because whatever calorie present in a particular food - the way it absorbs and assimilates in a body differs form body to body. So I would recommend you to meet any expert Or me how to maintain the portion size of particular nutrient or the food group. I have a account in a different social media handles likes Instagram-  dietitian Vidhi ...so you can really get educated by many stuff over there. . . If you wanna consult with me you can opt for personal chat option ..visit is not compulsory .... you can call or WhatsApp at the number mentioned on my Practo profile
