I'm following a low carb,high fat and protein diet for more than 2 weeks for fat loss. Height 168cm & weight 73kg. I got my lipid profile test to be abnormal falling in borderline high. Is this normal in ketosis type of diet? Or should I consult a doctor ? Thank you.

I want to lose at least 10 kgs. Considering my weight and age, should I be losing this much weight? Also, whenever I try to maintain a diet or start exercising, I tend to get a lot of hormonal issues, the primary one being delay in periods. Plus, it's not a small delay. It's a month's delay.

Weight loss issue
I have been working out (Zumba n yoga) since 2 months but my weight is not decreasing n it's been constant may b a few inches have gone but no drastic change.. y so... N it's not like that I eat too much junk or nethin.. I have been trying to control on sugar n junks n I limit it to once or twice in 10 20 days n eating the normal Indian home cooked food. The weight n change is not been seen. What shud I do. N y the weight is not decreasing. am I doing nethin rong? Kindly guide me... I really need to lose as I m weighing 75 kgs n I need it 55kgs.
