I m 33 year old,I m having 7o kg weight,my height is 157 cm,I have excess weight double chin,very fat hand at shoulder side and,excess fat at stomach,pls suggest

Hi, thank you for your enquiry. Fat loss is a gradual process. There is no quick fix approach . Following a healthy diet which has optimal amounts of  first class proteins, reduced carbohydrates  & healthy fats along with a structured exercise program that is balanced with weight training and cardio will surely help. You cannot target specific areas, fat is lost uniformly, but it may appear to go faster from the areas where you store less than the problem areas. Be consistent and patient. You need to take high fiber low fat followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water every day and take  frequent meals at regular intervals . Avoid outside food completely. Please ask me directly for personalized diet plan for you.

U need to workout everyday for an hour. Practice yoga/  brisk walking  regularly will do. Diet 50 percent of ur intake shd be vegetables cooked/ raw salads 10 percent shd be raw whole greengram soaked overnight and eat in the morning empty stomach. Avoid  excess coffee tea.only 50 ml per day is enough. Drink water abundantly. Intake vegetable stalk/ soup 200 ml everyday Avoid refined food.take home made simple food. Intake  25 percent.millets in place of rice . Fruits shd be 10 percent. Fat shd be 3 percent..

Hi, Here are a few tips that will help you:- Exercise 40-45 minutes 4-5 times a week. Eat small frequent meals every 2 -3 hours Eat protein rich diet (especially post workout, it will help in building muscle) and improve metabolism. Eat proper breakfast, as 40% of day’s energy comes from breakfast. Include healthy fat in your diet like nuts - almonds and walnuts, seeds like pumpkin, watermelon, sunflower seeds, etc. Eat fiber rich diet, it will help to gain early satiety and help you feel full - include fruits and vegetables in your diet avoid junk food, oily food, processed or canned foods. Drink a glass of water every hour daily to optimally hydrate the body. Note: the given prescription can change according to different conditions.
