Fat loss is a gradual process. There is no quick fix approach . Following a healthy diet which has optimal amounts of first class proteins, reduced carbohydrates & healthy fats along with a structured exercise program that is balanced with weight training and cardio will surely help. You cannot target specific areas, fat is lost uniformly, but it may appear to go faster from the areas where you store less than the problem areas. Be consistent and patient.

You need to take high fiber low fat followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water every day and take frequent meals at regular intervals . Avoid outside food completely. Please ask me directly for personalized diet plan for you.
U need to workout everyday for an hour.

50 percent of ur intake shd be vegetables cooked/ raw salads
10 percent shd be raw whole greengram soaked overnight and eat in the morning empty stomach.

Avoid refined food.take home made simple food.
