Hi Thanks for your query.. you can egg along with wholewheat bread occassionally as breadcisa baked item,.... So kindly avoid too much of baked items as well  incase if you have a gastric stomach.. For gastritis.. have plenty of water in the form of sips at regular intervals, bland foods, avoid spices and condiments like ginger, garlic, cinnamon, cloves etc... No to masalas and related foods like biriyanis, fried rice and pulavs with more spicy and gravy Sabji..and no to more salts, spicy, sour items..in your regular diets.. Do completely avoid outside foods anytime..and anywhere  for better life.. Have more curds or buttermilk ( Not so sour) for healthy microbiomes in your gut for greater protection to body in terms of germs and diseases.. Germinated and fermented foods, moderate plant based proteins, complexcarbs, seasonal veggies, fruits and leafy greens for greater bioavailability of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants and fiber ( soluble and insoluble)  in your small intestine.
Next Steps
fruit juices, cold milk at pain and burning in stomach, plenty of water, coconut water for relief.. bland foods, rest and relaxation , moderate exercise , stress-free mind, good healthy balanced meals..
Health Tips
good lifestyle,  healthy diets, and good hobbies like reading books etc..will help for diversion .. stay safe , stay healthy and homestay is the main stay now.. thankyou
