When I eat eggs, I am unable to eat the yellow yolk part of it, as I totally dislike the taste. Please let me know if I am losing on the major nutrition part of an egg by not consuming the yellow part, but just having the egg whites. Additionally, please suggest other protein sources for vegetarians.

Hi
The yolk of egg has lot of health benefits and nutrients.
You should eat yolk once or twice minimum in a week.
You can take the yolk part in the form of an omelette as in this case you will not feel the taste of yolk.
Other vegetarian proteins sources are as follow
1. dairy products like milk, yoghurt and cheese
2. seeds and nuts
