Eating eggs
Is it healthy to eat 2 whole eggs daily? Is it beneficial or detrimental in long run? I have been eating 2 eggs daily from last 3-4 months.

Gud evening u can eat 1-2eggs per day,that too in day time rather than in later evening for better digestion.
