Eating moderate  amount of pulses especially cooked pulses is perfectly okay at night.  Need to evaluate your current diet plan and uric acid levels to give further recommendations. Overweight, high non veg protein intake and some diuretic medications, salicylate containing medications like aspirin,  some b complex vitamins like niacin etc. can increase your uric acid levels. Even with high uric acid levels, atleast some vegetarian protein from pulses is much needed for the body.
Next Steps
contact directly through practo chat for a detailed consultation

It totally depends on you. If you do not have any issue having pulses at night like flatulence or heaviness, you can freely have pulses at night provided your dietary intake is correct. Also, pulses and lentils are allowed if a person has high uric acid. With that said, you of course need to regulate the overall dietary intake.
Next Steps
Get in touch for a detailed counseling or use the chat option on Practo.

Hi, Pulses are rich in Purine and can lead to high Uric acid so if your uric acid levels are high its best to avoid. Also morning and afternoon is the best time to digest Pulses.
