Eating moderate amount of pulses especially cooked pulses is perfectly okay at night. Need to evaluate your current diet plan and uric acid levels to give further recommendations.
Overweight, high non veg protein intake and some diuretic medications, salicylate containing medications like aspirin, some b complex vitamins like niacin etc. can increase your uric acid levels.
Even with high uric acid levels, atleast some vegetarian protein from pulses is much needed for the body.

It totally depends on you. If you do not have any issue having pulses at night like flatulence or heaviness, you can freely have pulses at night provided your dietary intake is correct. Also, pulses and lentils are allowed if a person has high uric acid. With that said, you of course need to regulate the overall dietary intake.
