Health Tips
Eat things that suit you. Avoid anything that causes digestive issues.
Hi
There is no rule as such that one food you should be eaten in day and 1 food to be eaten in night.
Every food has their own health benefits and can be eaten in the morning or night.
But it's just that you should maintain a good gap between your dinner and your sleep.
A minimum 3 hours gap should be maintained.
