Giving in to your craving is normal. Only control the quantity and frequency . It’s okay to binge once a week to keep your will power strong to eat healthy otherwise
Hi,
Diet is not about eating fruits or sprouts only. What you should eat, how much you should eat and when you should eat according to your body type and your goals.

It's ok to have a cheat meal once in a while since you are burning it out and it should be in moderate quantity .You can have murmura, bhuna chana based bhujias, paneer, sprouts ,salads and dark chocolate piece if you feel like snacking.
Health Tips
Avoid very oily rich bhujias, fried foods or sweets.
