Can we eat non-veg at night? The new diets that are being suggested today focuses on protein and fat content over carbohydrates. As any non-veg food contains protein and fat, it takes longer time to digest. But it also spoils the timing of breakfast the next day.

Gud evening pls try to have non veg foods if having after evening early dinner by 8pm n go to sleep after 3hrs of having dinner for better digestion. Try to connect directly through app.

Hi You can consume non veg - depends on the recipe and time of consumption. . Anything in limited portion and less spice- With fresh salads can be taken at night.

Yes you can eat non vegetarian  food at night. But it's better to take your meals 2 to 4 hrs before your bed time. No doubt it takes longer time  to digest non vegetarian food because of their high protein content. If your digestion is good no worries to take non veg food at night. If you have digestion issues please consult  a qualified professional to suggest you appropriate protein sources from category of non vegetarian , vegetarian food as per your digestion . As per mine practical experience balance diet work best for overall health that is planned considering individual body weight, height, food  availablety ,digest ability, affordability,accessibility, weight,height, biochemical parameters and most important individual lifestyle.  The diet that is planned should be suistainaible on long run.

Hi, Due to the high fat and protein content, it's harder to break down the meat contents. It may causes unrest during the night hours. It can also trigger indigestion. So it's advisable not to consume it close to the Bed time.
