Currently I'm doing some diet to reduce weight, But little confused (mostly about fruits) for dinner.

Fruits for dinner is wholesome, high fiber. Enjoy a plate of seasonal fruits with boiled channa or sprouts at night as a replacement for dinner. No added salt to this but pepper works.

Hi, Fruits are rich in natural sugars so should be avoided at night, Milk can be had with some nuts as a filler.Here are a few tips that will help you:-
Exercise 40-45 minutes 4-5 times a week.
Eat small frequent meals every 2 -3 hours
Eat protein rich diet (especially post workout, it will help in building muscle) and improve metabolism.
