Hi,
Need consultation for D Rise 60K vitamin D dosage as preventive for defiency of vitamin due to indoor working almost no exposure to sunlight due to lockdown due to covid crisis.
I am fairly healthy male with following other details:
1. Age - 40 yrs

Rapid increase in weight.
During the last 6 months my weight has increased a lot. I have so much extra fat in my body specially in my belly, waist, abdomen, and thighs. My diet is normal I don't eat a lot. But I have a gained a lot of weight in last few months. Because of my schedule I am unable to get time for exercises or running this is why I am trying to lose weight with the help of diet. I am taking a cup of amla juice in warm water daily in empty stomach and also a cup of chemomile tea at bed time. But I am unable to see and reduction in my weight. I am really worried. I really need to lose 5-10kgs.
Please guide me through this. Please tell me what should I do, what should I consume in order to lose weight and extra fat on my body.

I am gaining weight day to day

My Vitamin D is 10.57ng/ml and Vitamin B12 is 125pg/ml.

Protein intake per day.
I'm 21 healthy Male, looking forward to build my body.
Height - 169cm
Weight - 63kg
I workout twice a day . I am neither a beginner nor a pro, just intermediate level. Morning 45 mins of free exercises(cardio) . Evening i lift weights(75 mins).
I consume around 125 grams of protein a day through milk,whey, eggs, peanut butter, cheese, paneer.Is this amount of protein safe for my kidneys?
Total calories per day - around 2000
Carbs - 220 grams
Fats - 45 grams
