No pressure cooked food doesn't lose nutrients. Use whistle so cooking becomes fast

Pressure cooking subjects the food to high temperatures for the shortest possible duration. Also, there is no significant loss of water you cook the food in. In fact, it makes food more easily digestible. So, it a total winner. Go ahead and pressure cook your food.
