I recently got lipid profile test and my triglyceride is high.
Kindly suggest a cooking oil which is least harmful for heart.
I know all oils are bad, i can minimize the oil but I can not completely stop it.

There is not any particular oil that can be said good for your heart health .
The oil we use for fry every time we are burning its good property whatsoever oil it is.
For vegetable cooking use cold pressed mustard oil but in moderation . Avoid all oily and fried food. Avoid bakery and maida product. Avoid packed and canned food. Avoid sweets

You may go for Extra virgin olive oil in min quantity possible. Rich in antioxidants can promote the health by reducing inflammation & boosting the immunity.
Use in moderation.
Combination of oil is very imp to control the cholesterol.
Try to change the oil in every 20-25 days atleast .
Avoid all proccessed food, packed ,bakery,fried food .
Use olive oil, rice bran oil, canola oil, blended, peanut oil etc.
