Which oil is best for heart
My trigliceride is above normal. Which cooking oil  is least harmful. I know all oils are bad for heart but it is not possible to completely avoid it

All oils in excess are harmful. Limit the quantity in cooking. Avoid processed foods , bakery items. Include plenty of fibre in diet. Keep yourself active. Do 30 mins of exercise daily in any form.

Cold pressed oil are good but in high triglycerides case kindly limit the usage And discuss for diet in detail with me on practo app

Gud after noon all, super refined oil r not good to use, u can use canola or olive oil for cooking purpose.

Hi, try to use cold pressed oils,you can use cold pressed rice bran oil of good quality. Try to watch out for the quantity of oil used in your daily food preparation.
