Best cooking Oil
Can you please suggest what kind of oil is best for health? As far as I know shouldn't use filtered oils as mostly available in the marker. So for making chapatis I'm using ghee. Can you tell me best oil??? Please suggest. Thank you.

you can use any oil but change the type of oil every 15 days.so that the harmful side of every oil you can avoid

Healthy morning Some healthier cooking oils that can withstand higher temperatures including olive oil, sesame oil and avocado oil , safflower oil . Other oil to avoid high temperatures include palm oil , walnuts oil , flaxseed oil Locally available oil is the best options groundnut oil , mustard oil, cold pressed coconut oil and rice bran oils are best options but use cyclic or rotational manner .

Variety of oils such as coconut oil,rice bran ,groundnut,gingelly oil olive oil can be used in rotation during the month along with ghee, but  in the prescribed quantities only

Hi, You can opt for mustard, sesame, ricebran etc on rotational basis. avoid refined oils and use cold pressed.
