It is always advisable to take unsaturated fatty acids (including omega -3 and omega -6 fatty acids).  1. Sunflower oil,  mustard oil, safflower oil,  rapeseed oil, olive oil are best to be consumed. 2. Make sure to consume not more than 1-2 tsp of oil in a day. 3. Keep changing the oil and consume in combinations so that all the fatty acid requirements gets fulfilled in body for healthy heart. ♥

Hi Healthy cooking oils that can be used for daily cooking are safflower oil, olive oil that is compatible for indian cooking to be taken and used, gingely oil, groundnut oil to some extent, and sunflower oil.. All these oils should be raw and unrefined ones...but not the refined ones.. For high cholesterol, high triglycerides oil usage should be low and limited.. For high uric acid levels reduce protein intake or avoid protein...in your daily food.. Thankyou

Hi The healthy way off using oil is omage3 and omage6 oil in your diet the ratio should be 1:1. For cooking you can use rice bran oil and for making salad dressing you can use virgin olive oil. And the oil recommended for this issue is 5teaspoon in a day. For uric acid the water intake should be high .

In order to get the optimum benefit  of all the 3 fatty acids it is good to rotate varieties of oil on a monthly  basis  such as olive oil, groundnut oil, ricebran sunflower  ,safflower oil  as each oil is a combination  of omega 3,6.& 9 fatty acidsbut sesame oil seems  to be  the best ,the advice is not to exceed more than 3 tsp per day per person ,Along with oil consumption  pattern  and to know the foods.that can alter high cholesterol  ,triglycerides  and uric acid  levels  kindly connect  at MEASURES AND SERVES through  practo  online.

Hi, Body needs a combination of fatty acids for maintaining good health. Vegetable oils like Peanut,Sunflower,Safflower,Rice bran oil all are good. An ideal combination would be changing the oil every month. Also unrefined oil usage for high cholesterol comes to 1/2 litre per person per month which is 3-4 tsp per day.
