750ml of oil should be taken per person per month but avoid outside reheated items & it's the best to use extra virgin olive oil or extra virgin coconut oil. Second choice is Vegetable oil, it's unsaturated & removes cholesterol, but use recent manufactured items for the best result. Animal fats & oils can cause higher the storage fat, as it's saturated, avoid such for Customised diet plan & exercise plan, contact with me via chat online.
Refined oil, corn, soya are totally bad oils to use for cooking. Want to know which oil is best you can contact Dietitian Ritu arora for more detail consultation and complete knowledge on do's n don't s in kitchen
Hi
For maintenance of heart issues and diabetes, oil usage is not only required key.
It's combination of various foods which make you healthy.
You can use any oil like ricebran, olive, canola, soybean etc .
I recommend my client's to change their oil every second month to get the benefit of each and every oil.
I would recommend you to meet a Dietician/Nutritionist for personalized diet plan so she can plan your diet according to diabetes and your heart issue.
