Belly fat but thin body structure
I am 36 years old,, height 5'11" weight 73 kg I have thin body structure but have belly fat ...how can I reduce my belly fat fast within 2 month. I am vegetarian. I am fully activated as my work. I punjabi so looking for diet plan according my life style and want to flat my stomach while maintain my bodyweight normal. My Current Diet is so simple like 3 time veg food and 2 glass milk. Please suggest how to overcome this problem.
