Cool the sprouts in small quantity of water in a pressure cooker, for 2 whistles. You can reuse any excess water for making dal or soup. This is the best way to prevent nutritional losses and make it easy to digest.
Health Tips
Avoid using excess water, avoid overcooking.

Sprouts has water soluble vitamins especially B Complex. If you add less water and boil you won't lose much if nutrients but if you add more water and throw the water you will lose the water. Boiled sprouts are easy to digest. It's your wish if you wish to have raw or boiled. As every body is different and reacts differently to each food. Consult me for further information
