Sprouts...
After the beans are germinated (say after 24 hours) is it necessary to boil it first and eat the sprouts or can be eaten directly? Also if not boiled for how many days i can keep it(in air tight container in the refrigerator)?

Sprouts are one of the best source of protein for the vegans. It is one of the balanced source of food containing right amount of proteins and carbohydrates along with lots of fibres which make them good for our digestive system. Daily cup of sprouts not only make one active and energetic for whole day but also helps in bowel movement. Sprouts one can eat directly as whole without cooking with a little seasoning, salt and onions and tomatoes like the Indian way. Because while cooking sprouts many healthy enzymes get destroyed. Enzymes such as Vitamin C, vitamin A, vitamin k ,fibre, magnesium, riboflavin, copper, protein, vitamin b6, iron, potassium etc. These enzyme benefits for us.And the great thing is that vegetarian people can substitute sprouts with chicken because sprouts contain huge amount of protein ! Eat it raw ! Consume refrigerated sprouts within 3 to 5 days. Have a healthy life! Take care!

HI After you sprout the Dal. Its upto you wether you want to boil / steam the dal. It will be easier to digest if you boil it. Add cucumber,  tomatoes, onions , lemon juice,  pepper etc to add more nutrients to it.
Next Steps
You can keep it refrigerated safely for 2 days . But try to eat fresh foods as a rule. The more you keep foods before eating,  the more micro organisms grow in the food and cause food poisoning etc.

Vacuum pack and freeze your food if storing for longer periods.

You can take according your choice but add lots of veg in sprout chat and you can keep in freedge for 2-3 days plz try to take food in fresh form .. Contact me for detailed conversation through practo u will get good results definately.

U can eat overnight soaked or sprouted grams raw or cooked..or even presence the soaked/ sprouted grams in the fridge for five six days.,but on refrigeration ,u have to bring to room temperature and then eat.

You can eat sprouts directly or can boil with little water and have. Never add more water or throw the water after boiling. As the water soluble vitamins gets lost. Boiled sprouts are easy to digest. Each sprout take different time for soaking moong / Matki / masoor gets soaked in 6-8 hrs. While Channa Rajma Cholle need 12-16 hrs of soaking. Sprouting of grain are more nutritious then taking just soaked grains. Consult for a better diet plan on Practo online consultation.
