You should have a proper pre and post workout snacks if you are looking for weight gain. The pre workout snacks should be slow release like oats with banana and curd or milk and post workout should be instant proteins like whey or paneer or Nuts or Egg Sprouts can be taken as inbetween snacks or breakfast to boost protein Consult me on Practo online consultation
