I had a weight of 89 kg, while according to BMI it should be 73-74. I started following a diet and my weight reduce to 82 kg in two months. I am following same diet but it isn't changing since last month. What could be the reason? What can I do?

Diet for gastritis

Hi doctors, i am following below diet and reducing weight monthly 1-2kg. Is that ok? Feeling scared to eat all after h pylori eradication treatment. 1) Wakeup and drinking 1ltr of water 2) after 45mins eating 5almond+ 1 apricot + raisins all soaked. And 4 idly or 3dosa around 10-10.30am 3) will have lunch at 1.30pm with brown rice and veg curry and curd. 4) dinner at 7.30 - 8.00pm oats/wheat upma with veg curry. 5) in between each meal I will drink 500ml to 1tr water. Weekly once chicken and 2-3 eggs, weekly twice fish.. No red meats, prawns, crabs. Let me know is that ok to follow..

I asked a similar question before but forgot to add that can if take just soup in night can i add salt in that soup? I am planning to start with this diet Morning : milk(low fat) after that sprouts Lunch : 1 roti sabzi and rice(1cup) and dal After 4-6 hours : 1 fruit Dinner : no rice.. just 1 roti and daal Is this fine?
