Yes eat plenty of vegetables fruits and greengram sprouts. Eat dryfruits as almonds,walnuts,drydates,raisins,figs are also healthy. Substitute millets for rice. Drink enough water,buttermilk, include ghee everyday. Avoidnonveg,fastfoods,bakeryfoods,spicy oilyfoods. Walk,exercise andyoga everyday for an hour . Papaya,gauva,banana everyday is healthy. Till, fried with jaggery is also healthy.
