Hi,  Weight loss is a process and it has to be done the right way to ensure it is sustainable and long-lasting. A healthy balanced diet with adequate nutrients will ensure weight loss and no deficiencies leading to hairloss or other health issues. Ok u follow pure vegetarian diet. Eat plenty of vegetables,fruits and sprouts in everymeal. Almonds,walnuts,figs,papaya,gauva,banana,are ideal.gingely  jaggery,gingelyoil,citrus fruits are advisable,horsegram ,greengram are also healthy Substitute millets for rice. Walk,exercise, yoga for atleast an hour intensely. everyday. Sleep leisurely for atleast six hrs at night. Avoid fastfood,bakeryfoods,preserved foods,oily spicy foods,masala. Keep a check on ur intake. Drink enough water,buttermilk everyday.
