I am 23 years old and weighing 60 kgs. I want to reduce 5-6 kgs. Can you please suggest me a diet plan so that I can reduce weight in 2-3 weeks. Sudden putting on of weight is causing stretch marks which is annoying me. Please help!

Avoid junk food, fried food
Start 30-45 minutes brisk walk
Use less oil,les sugar
Eat home made food, 4-5 small meals in a day don't overeat.
