Hi I have pcod and always struggled massively with weight issues. This time it's gone beyond control and I've reached 81 kgs whereas my bmi is 55 kgs. I've massively transformed my diet to a low carb and high fiber diet but so far in one month I've only lost 2 kilos . This is very discouraging and has left me demotivated. Please tell me where I'm going wrong? Also my exercise schedule is not regular. Please help.

For losing weight in a healthy and permanent way :
Maintain meal gaps of not more than 3hrs. To boost up your metabolism and helps in weight loss.
Include barley tea and dandelion tea in your diet.
Include seasonal fruits and vegetables in your diet.
Walk at least 10-12k steps in a day.
Drink 3-4lts of water per day.
