Hi i have pcod my height is 5ft.7in. n weight is 73 kgs i am of big build i am trying to loose weight i exercise and also do some weight training along with clean foods i want to know what should be my ideal weight and id kelloges strawberry cornflakes a good breakfast option like is it healthy and low carb ?along with cornflakes i have 2 eggwhites and 1 nutri choice oats biscuit or bannana so is strawberry cornflakes a good option and does it have low carbs ?or does it have good complex carbs?

Hi- there is no problem with berries or cornflake, rather your total balance meal is must as per calories requirements. Go for low calorie foods, like Less rice more wheat,.work as much as possible. Maolnly you want walking,,2-4 kms per day.so r body fat exercises.. Stop taking all fast,jink from out side on road or restaurants. Simple low calorie less organic more vegetable. Work hard m dynamic lifestyle.
