Diet for PCOD
Having problem of PCOD so have gained weight too, having irregular periods intermittently. Can you please suggest a good diet and lifestyle routine to follow.I am a software professional having work time from 10 am to 9 pm.Also I am a South Indian can you please suggest accordingly.

Pcod can not be cured it can be treated by diet and reducing weight. Need more information about u so contact me for coustamized diet plan through practo u will get good results definately.

To control your thyroid levels you need to avoid a few foods n include some . PCOD can be checked with a balanced n healthy food plan n daily physical exercise .
