I want to lose weight but even after working out regularly,being punctual on my diet i am unable to. I have a bowl of sprouts in the morning after workout along with few almonds, then in between i eat makhana or any fruits of my choice mostly apple then at noon i have proper lunch, in the evening i have lemon tea no sugar along with nuts and in the evening at 7 i have a fruit and by night i have sprout salad again. Since i live in hostel, meeting my body requirements for weightloss is difficult. What should i do to increase my weightloss??

For losing weight in a healthy and permanent way : Maintain meal gaps of not more than 3hrs. To boost up your metabolism and helps in weight loss. Include barley tea and dandelion tea in your diet. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables in your diet. Walk at least 10-12k steps in a day. Drink 3-4lts of water per day.

Hi Even after doing if u not getting result, you shud make sure that your vitamin b12 r in normal range or thyroid levels r under control. Even if that's normal... We have to look into ur diet again. For more detailed consultation you can book an video consultation.
