Low energy and constant sleepiness
I feel low on energy and constant sleepiness from last few months. This has become severe in last 1 month. I have been mostly working from home for last six months. Working includes 8-10 hours on calls and laptop. Please suggest what should I do

Try and take breaks in your busy work schedule by moving around( stretch yourself) atleast 10 minutes a small activity can go a long way in improving body's circulation and improve energy levels. Hydrate with fluids such as herbal tea ,tender coconut water,buttermilk etc.

You need to check for your b12 and Vit D 3 along with that need lifestyle modification. Try to take time for Exercise. Include protein and fiber avoid junk and cereals  in diet. Consult me on Practo online consultation for a personalized diet plan.
