Low energy and constant sleepiness
I feel low on energy and constant sleepiness from last few months. This has become severe in last 1 month. I have been mostly working from home for last six months. Working includes 8-10 hours on calls and laptop. Please suggest what should I do

Work stress combined with under nutrition in terms of nutrients ....... without sufficient rest and relaxation can cause low energy combined with fatigue

You need to check for your b12 and Vit D 3 along with that need lifestyle modification. Try to take time for Exercise. Include protein and fiber avoid junk and cereals  in diet. Consult me on Practo online consultation for a personalized diet plan.
