Blood sugar level high
My father in law didn't had blood sugar before 6 months and his blood sugar level were on the border range before that.
This time when he did his test his blood sugar level on fasting was 170 and after good was 320.. he his bit worried as he is regularly walking for more than an hours still his sugar level not dropping done.. he his controlling his food by avoiding tea/ coffee, sweets etc...
Any natural way to bring down his blood sugar level and maintain?

Dear Doctor , Apart from fully cooking , should the non veg beef or mutton or chicken be soaked in water to seep out the residual blood before cooking safely or we need not soak and seep out the blood ??
