Hi There is no such diet for belly fat but we can give her the diet plan to lose deit and that will make her lose over our weight and inch lose . She needs the guidance on the daily diet . Need to include high fiber food . Water intake should be increased . Small frequent meals need to be introduced .

for reducing belly fat follow three main things like healthy diet ,exercise and walk early morning and evening. Take high fibre food in ur diet.add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet.add planty of water.avoid oily and fried food.
