How to reduce belly fat
I'm having belly fat and trying to reduce since so many days, joined gym, running in the morning, changed diet but still no results. I've front belly fat and don't have any love handles.

Try including more vegetables(salad) and fruits in your diet. Also start doing exercises like plank, cycling, running, sit-ups and other exercises for this.
