Losing weight
I have lost 7 kg in the lockdown. I was 64, now I'm 57. I want to lose more but since 1 month i have been eating a bit unhealthy stuff. I have tried to come back to healthy and train my brain to eat in moderation. I also haven't got my periods since last month (i have pcod which was in control since a year)
And I have a height of 5'2. Is it possible to lose more weight effectively without taking extreme measures? I also am trying to get back on running 20 minutes everyday. I do very limited resistance training.
I want to end up with 50kg. Also, i bloat a lot.
I eat 2 roti in afternoon, 1 in dinner. I don't have maida/sugar (mostly).
