Hello mam ...i hv completed my married life of 5 years and hv a boy of 4 years ...i had 6 abortions of few wks pregnency in my 5 years maried life ...and from past 1.5 year i had thyroid problem...TSH level is slightly increased ...daily im taking 50 mcg thyroxin ...as day by day my weight is increasing ...plz suggest me should i start diet or plz suggest me diet plan so that i can loose some kg weight ...plz help me for this
