For losing weight in a healthy and permanent way : 1. Maintain meal gaps: maintain meal gaps of not more than 3 hours is very important. It boosts up the metabolism and helps in weight loss. 2. Include dandelion tea in your diet, consume it 2-3 times. You can buy it online easily. 3. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables in your diet in the form of smoothies and soups. 4. Walk atleast 10k steps a day. 5. Drink infused water: chop your fav fruits and herbs in water and enjoy.

Eat plenty of veg, fruits, greengram sprouts. Drink enough water. Millets are best substitutes for wheat and rice. Physical activities as exercise, yoga, playing sports, for two hrs a day are best for fitness.

Hi Practo user You could regain your shape definitely but through proper and balanced diet and exercise... Because when a women's body bear a child, her body naturally adjust a new life inside her womb by making the cells and muscles of uterus &  tummy to dilate and make room for foetus. Skin stretches to accommodate the growing foetus But after delivery that space becomes empty now. So it will take time to get back your normal belly.... Exercise is the most effective way to shed the fat from particular region along with well balanced diet. For further and detailed discussion on how to eat, what to eat, which exercise will be good for you, you can connect with me through Practo calling option or you can be in direct touch with me through these links. https://instagram.com/nutri_hub_by_dt.anshika?igshid=bsatxnz57bck https://www.facebook.com/dt.anshikasrivastavanutrihub/
