One egg a day. Plenty of veg as soup,stew,or bland curry. Dal,lentils whole gram, greengram sprouts. Almonds,walnuts,figs,can be given. Oats,barley,millets drink with cooked veg. Apples,gauva,sapota,banana can be given.
