Keep yourself hydrated, eat protein rich diet , include boiled eggs, omelette, millets Dalia, in breakfast. Seasonal vegetables, one bowl dal , with breads or rice in lunch and dinner. Avoid raw vegetables and dark green leafy vegetables. Have one or glass of milk with haldi post dinner and mid meal. Keep yourself active and do regular breathing exercises.
