Looking for suppliments of Zinc and Magnesium. Kindly suggest good brand which i can prefer for zinc and magnesium. So whether both together we can get into one. Or i have to take seperately both, kindly suggest best way of taking this and which brands so... 1) so can i get zinc and magnesium in one tablet If yes then which brand i can go for it 2) if I can't get this two in tablet then i have to buy two separate brands for this, then which brand would be great to consume zinc and magnesium Kindly suggest for the best... I have recovered from covid, looking for some protein and another essential minerals based tablet or supplement to boost my health nd immunity..that can be taken on daily basis for 2-3 weeks without any side effects. At present I take zincovit once a day At present oy weakness is there a bit otherwise no any symptoms or so.. Plz advise And if any other option do guide. I take milk and regular food

I eat healthy and exercise 5 days a week and I am still not being able to lose weight. I have pcos but I have regular periods now after I started eating right and exercising. I don't have thyroid. Why can't I lose weight??
